Changing Password - 

1. Login to Actian Communities.

2. Click at My Settings (top right dropdown by your username):

3. Following page opens:

4. Click Change Password. Enter your Current Password, New Password and enter the new password once again under Verify New Password. Click Update

Adding Support Subscription (Account Number)

1. Click Update Account No. button. The following screen appears:

2. Enter your Account Number and click the Search button.

3. It will display your Company Name. Click Update and you will be subscribed to open cases, download Actian products, depending on your entitlements.
