This video demonstrates how to download, install and connect the WINDOWS Command Line Interface (CLI) to a Database provisioned in the Actian Data Platform.

At the end of this course you will:

Have been provided with the detailed steps required to download, install and connect the Windows Command Line Interface (CLI) to a Database provisioned in the Actian Data Data Platform. The CLI provides the 'SQL' utility. Via a connection string the SQL utility connects to the given Database and allows for SQL statements to be created and executed against data for which the user has permission to access. Simple SQL statements and batched up SQL statements can be executed against the database.
