Actian Data Platform provides all of the data integration, data cleansing and data loading functionality required for a Data Scientist to manipulate the raw data in anyway they choose. To take advantage of the data warehouse performance it makes complete sense to store the raw data within the Platform Data Warehouse for further manipulation and analysis as required. Common Data Science tools such as Jupyter can be easily connected to the Platform Data Warehouse to process workflows accordingly. User Defined Functions (UDFs) can be created to share corporate data processing functions right at the heart of the database where maximum execution performance will always be guaranteed.
