High Availability Data Replication Cluster monitoring using the 'onstat' utility.
In this video we demonstrate the set of parameters which can be supplied into the 'onstat' utility in order to monitor the whole cluster, the individual primary server node and any of the individual secondary servers which are included in the cluster.
Course Outcome:
To ensure that a HADR Cluster is continually in good health you must be able to monitor the critical aspects of the cluster. Each individual server included in the cluster must be monitored to ensure it remains fit for purpose. The content within this video showcases the 'onstat' utility and the specific set of parameters that can be supplied into the utility for the purposes of monitoring the cluster overall or individual servers from within the cluster itself.
