At the end of this course you will:
Understand what Actian software is required to facilitate running Actian X in a Docker Container, how to install the Actian License File for each Docker container that Actian X is installed into and how to run the Docker Container once the Actian X Docker Container has been created.

Audience:
For System Administrators or Actian X Database Administrators who have responsibility for installing the latest Actian X Database software into a single or multiple Docker containers.
Prerequisites:
The course content assumes:
 
  • You have valid Actian Account login details.
  • Able to download the latest Actian X database software from the Actian Software Download Portal (ESD).
  • Access to a suitable Linux server where dockerhub.io images can be downloaded.
  • Access to the Actian License Key Generator.
  • Actian X 11.2 as a minimum.
