This video demonstrates how to Configure the IP Allow List for a Database provisioned in the Actian Data Platform.

At the end of this course you will:

Have been provided with the detailed steps required to configure the IP Allow List for a Database provisioned in the Actian Data Platform. Each Database has an 'IP Allow List' which must be configured to contain the IP Addresses of computers or services which legitimately require a connection to the database. Typically connections into the database are required for those users who require the ability to connect third-party query/reporting tools and CLI utilities to the database. In addition to the IP Address being included in the 'IP Allow List', a valid native user ID and password will be required to establish a connection to the database.
