Actian Data Platform Architect: Data Drivers and Connections
For the business to be able to leverage the power of an Actian Data Platform Warehouse and deep dive into the data contained within the Warehouse business users must be able to connect to it using their familiar analytical applications. In this course we provide all that you need to know to provide business users with the connectivity required, from maintaining the trusted list of IPs, user creation and connection string parameters.

At the end of this course you will:

Learn about the requirements for connecting third-party applications to a Platform warehouse. Third-party applications are typically linked via JDBC or ODBC, but the Avalanche Command Line software is linked via our native data connection software. Security is provided either via an Avalanche Warehouse username and password or via SSO for Avalanche Warehouses provisioned on the Google Cloud Platform.
